10.6% at C$18.28 in morning trading
    ** Stock hits lowest in more than three months 
    ** Co says mining veteran Paul Martin would replace Sandeep
Singh as its chief executive officer on an interim basis,
effective immediately
    ** Adds that its board has commenced the search for a new
CEO
    ** Singh had served as co's chief executive from November
2020
    ** Including session's losses, stock up ~12% YTD
