Oragenics: Rises on adjuvant deal with Adjuvance Technologies

** Drug developer's shares  OGEN.A  rise 67.7% to $1.04
premarket
    ** Co says entered material transfer agreement with
Adjuvance Technologies Inc for use of its adjuvant TQL1055 in
Oragenics' Terra CoV-2 vaccine against COVID-19  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw1WDnRTa
    ** Adjuvants are added to vaccines to improve their
effectiveness
    ** OGEN says the adjuvant has improved stability and can
help with manufacturing efficiency
    ** Under initial deal, OGEN can use TQL1055 in its
pre-clinical studies ahead of its investigational new drug
filing with the U.S. FDA , with the opportunity to enter into a
licensing agreement to include human clinical studies expected
to begin later in 2021
    ** OGEN stock was up ~38% YTD, as of last close
