** Drug developer's  OGEN.A  shares jump ~46% to $1.23
premarket; among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges
    ** Co says it has entered into a material transfer agreement
with Biodextris Inc for use of its three intranasal adjuvants in
Oragenics' Terra CoV-2 vaccine against COVID-19 (https://refini.tv/3rC12UI)
    ** Adjuvants are added to vaccines to improve their
effectiveness
    ** OGEN's vaccine plus Biodextris' adjuvants will be studied
in preclinical animal studies, according to the deal
    ** Agreement allows for future collaboration on intranasal
delivery of vaccine during clinical trials with the opportunity
to enter into commercial agreement upon regulatory approval of
the vaccine
    ** OGEN stock up ~88% YTD, as of last close
