Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 21 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers
of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by
the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (Journal of Laws of
2009 no. 33, item 259, with amendments), the Management Board of Orange Polska
S.A. informs about resignation of a supervising person. 
 
On July 10, 2014 Mr Benoit Scheen submitted his resignation as Member of the
Supervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. with effect on August 31, 2014. 
 
Maciej Witucki, the Chairman of the Orange Polska Supervisory Board, thanked
Mr Scheen for his active participation in and his substantial contribution to
the works of the Board‎. Bruno Duthoit, the CEO of Orange Polska, joined in to
express his and all the management team's gratitude for Mr Scheen's
leadership, guidance and support in his roles of Deputy Chairman of the
Supervisory Board and the Chairman of its Strategy Committee.
