    ** Co appoints Toh Puay-Yong as CFO, replacing Shally Ang
    ** Ang to retire from co, citing personal reasons 
    ** Toh has served the company in various capacities,
including finance, M&A, HR development
    ** Co's shares down 68.4% since market debut on July 26
