Orcadian (AIM:ORCA) is pleased to announce that the annual report and accounts
for the year ended 30 June 2025 and the notice of the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) were posted to its shareholders on 6 January 2026.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Arch Law, Huckletree Bishopsgate,
Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ on 29(th) January 2026 at 1.00 pm.
