    ** Co reports positive interim data from ongoing trial of
its experimental gene therapy, OTL-201, for treating sanfilippo
syndrome, a progressive disorder that affects brain and spinal

    ** Patient treated with OTL-201 showed promising safety,
tolerability, engraftment and biomarker data over follow-up
period of three months - ORTX
    ** Data was presented at American Society of Hematology
Annual Meeting on Monday
    ** Study is being sponsored and conducted by University of
Manchester and funded by ORTX
    ** Sanfilippo syndrome type A is an inherited neurometabolic
disorder caused by buildup of sugar molecules in body leading to
intellectual disabilities and loss of motor function
