Wall Street was set to open higher on Tuesday after upbeat earnings from big
U.S. banks and Halliburton, while investors awaited a speech from U.S. Treasury
Secretary nominee Janet Yellen that is expected to advocate hefty fiscal
spending. .N 
    At 8:53 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.69% at 30,931. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.68% at 3,787.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
up 0.78% at 12,902.5.
