India's Ambuja Cements to buy 46.8% stake in Orient Cement for $964 mln

Oct 22 (Reuters) - India's Ambuja Cements  ABUJ.NS  said
on Tuesday it has entered into a deal to acquire a 46.8% stake
in Orient Cement  ORCE.NS , for 81 billion rupees ($963.5
million). 

($1 = 84.0725 Indian rupees)
