Changes in the Management and Board of Directors

 

The Company wish to announce that it has ceased the services of Mark Pincock as Executive Director and CEO with immediate effect.

 

The Board has undertaken sufficient checks to ensure that there are no impact on the Company's on-going and future business.

 

Pursuant to the above, Mr Sayed Mustafa Ali, who is the Executive Director of the Company will be taking over the role of acting CEO.
