Appointment of auditor

 

ORIENT TELECOMS PLC (LSE: "ORIENT" or the "Company), an information technology
company that offers managed services in network telecommunication including
solutions for internet of things (IOT), cyber security, big data solutions as
well as full spectrum of other managed services, announces that the
appointment of Shipleys LLP as the Company's statutory auditor with effect
from today's date.

Crowe UK LLP, the incumbent auditor, has confirmed to the Company that there
are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be
brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Boards wish to thank Crow UK LLP for their many years of services and good
commitment to the Company.
