 * Source text: Oriental Trimex Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, issue of equity shares on preferential basis to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) by conversion of a portion of the loan acquired by them into Equity Shares.
