Dublin, London, 10 February 2026: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the
Group'), the international group shaping the future of sustainable agriculture
and land use, announces its intention to change its currency of quotation on
the London Stock Exchange from Euro to Sterling (GBx). It is expected this
change will become effective at 8.00 am on 12 February 2026.

Origin's shares will remain quoted in euro on the Euronext Growth market in
Dublin. The Company's financial statements will continue to be presented in
Euro.
