Henderson Group plc has increased its percentage shareholding in the Company.
Janus Henderson Group plc is the holder of 5,449,319 ordinary shares of
€0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 5.0% of the
Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares. The above interest
has been calculated using the issued share capital of the Issuer per the RNS
announcement issued on Wednesday, 27 March 2024 (108,787,416).
