from Janus Henderson Group plc of a decrease in its shareholding in the
Company. Janus Henderson Group plc is now the holder of 5,340,147 ordinary
shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.99%
of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
