Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 January 2024 it
transferred 4,455 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options
granted under the Company's ROI Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

 

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is
reduced from 14,315,252 to 14,310,797 and the total number of the Company's
ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 111,009,578.
