Cancellation of Treasury Shares

 

Dublin, London, 26 June 2025: Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the
'Company') announces that on 26 June 2025, it cancelled 5,578,844 ordinary
shares of EUR 0.01 each. These shares had been held in treasury following
repurchase by the Company as part of its share buyback programmes.

 

Following the cancellation, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares) is 106,724,227 (each carrying the right to
one vote) and the Company's total number of ordinary shares in treasury (which
do not carry voting rights) is 13,017,304.
