before the bell
    ** The chemical company announces the departure of CFO Nate
Whaley;   
    ** Says it has initiated a formal search process for his
successor
    ** Whaley, however, will remain with the company until Sept.
1 and will hold advisory role through end of year to ensure a
smooth transition
    ** ORGN shares up 1.30% YTD
