Orla Mining drops after investor Agnico Eagle sells stake

** Shares of Canadian gold producer Orla Mining OLA.TO fall ~6% to C$15.05

** Agnico Eagle Mines AEM.TO says it has sold its entire stake in OLA to buyers in Canada, U.S. and elsewhere at a price of C$14.75 per share for a total consideration of C$560.5 million ($405.51 million)

** Prior to the sale, AEM held an 11.3% stake in OLA which it had built up since 2017

** Including session's move, OLA up 86.1% YTD
