Orla Mining falls after Newmont sells stake

** Shares of Canadian gold producer Orla Mining OLA.TO fall 7.5% to C$14.21

** Gold miner Newmont NEM.N sells its entire stake in OLA for $439 million through the Toronto Stock Exchange as part of its divestiture program

** NEM disposes all of its 43 million shares in OLA at $10.14 per share

** Immediately prior to the sale, Newmont held a 13.3% stake in OLA and was its second-largest shareholder, per LSEG data

** Including session's move, stock up 91.7% YTD
