Ormat falls after UBS downgrade on limited earnings upside

** Shares of Ormat Technologies ORA.N fall 3.5% to $88.32
** UBS cuts rating on the renewable energy co to "neutral" from "buy"
** Brokerage says earnings upside through 2028 appeared limited and expects adjusted EBITDA growth to slow to 9% in 2027 from 13% in 2026
** Cuts PT on stock to $100 from $157, representing a 9% upside to Wednesday's close of $91.49
** UBS says the stock is trading broadly in line with peers, reflecting that the expected growth is already priced in, making the risk-reward balanced 
** Including session's moves, stock has fallen 20% YTD
