** Shares of renewable energy company Ormat Technologies ORA.N rise 3.2% to $70.44 premarket

** Company on Wednesday reported Q4 adj. earnings of 72 cents per share vs analysts' avg. est. of 51 cents - data compiled by LSEG

** ORA posted Q4 adj. core profit of $145.5 million, compared with $139 million a year ago

** Company expects 2025 adj. core profit to be between $563 million and $593 million vs est. of $587.29 million

** ORA forecast 2025 total revenue between $935 million and $975 million vs est. of $959.88 million

** As of previous close, stock up ~1% YTD
