Ormonde Mining plc ("the Company") has been advised on 8 December, 2011 by Mr. Mike Donoghue, a director of the company, that he transferred 6,893,102 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his adult children on 5 December, 2011 at a notional price of €0.0873 per share. Following this transaction Mr. Donoghue holds 2,744,994 Ordinary Shares representing 0.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
