Ormonde has received notification, on 29 September 2014, from Jupiter Asset Management Limited that as at 26 September 2014, and following the transfer of holdings from Jupiter Asset Management to Rathbones following the recent completion of the acquisition by Rathbones of Jupiter Asset Management, it held 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 0.53% of the existing issued share capital of Ormonde.
