track for best day since Sept. 4 - if current gains hold
    ** Uranium miner receives approval from the Northern
Territory government to undertake advance-stage exploration
activities at its Mt Douglas project
    ** Says on-ground exploration activities have commenced
    ** More than 300,000 shares change hands by 0529 GMT, 1.8
times the 30-day avg volume of about 163,000 shares
    ** ORP stock down 53% YTD, including current session's moves
