hold  
    ** Stock hits highest since Oct. 5
    ** ASX-listed regenerative medicine co reports increasing
total revenue to A$1.77 mln ($1.13 mln) in Q1 FY24, up 71%
    ** Stock has fallen 13.4% this year as of last close
