** Shares of ASX-listed regenerative medicine co Orthocell
Ltd  OCC.AX  rise as much as 4.2% to A$0.375, their highest
since March 22
    ** Co says it has appointed "internationally-recognised"
U.S.-based nerve surgeons Christopher Dy & David Brogan to its
medical scientific advisory board
    ** Stock on track to post biggest intra-day pct gain since
March 21, if gains hold
    ** OCC says appointments would assist with clinical
development & U.S. market access for co's nerve repair medical
device
    ** Stock down 12.2% YTD, as of last close
