** Shares of ASX-listed regenerative medicine co Orthocell
Ltd  OCC.AX  rise as much as 5% to A$0.42, hitting their highest
since Aug. 22
    ** OCC says it appointed Device Technologies as the
exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand for its nerve
repair device Remplir  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX3vDCzH
    ** Distribution agreement has an initial term of 5 years
    ** Co now awaiting inclusion of Remplir on the Australian
Prostheses list which will enable practitioners to receive
reimbursement from private insurers 
    ** Stock down ~21.6% this year, as of last close
