** Oruka Therapeutics' ORKA.O shares gain 31.77% to $90.96 premarket

** Co says its experimental injectable psoriasis treatment showed complete skin clearance in 63.5% of patients at 16 weeks, meeting main goal in mid-stage clinical trial

** Adds that monoclonal antibody ORKA-001 was well-tolerated with safety profile similar to placebo

     ** Oruka plans to share longer-term data including efficacy at 28 weeks for all patients and 52-week follow-up for subset of cohort in second half of 2026

** ORKA-001 is being studied in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, a chronic autoimmune condition causing itchy scaly patches on skin

** Up to last close, stock up ~128% YTD
