On 18 January 2023, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC
("NASCIT"), a Person Closely Associated with Mr Christopher Mills (Director of
the the Company), purchased 2,500 shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, NASCIT will have an interest in the Company's
Ordinary Shares of 7,375,000 shares.
