Appointment of new director - Judith MacKenzie

The Board of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("the Company") is pleased
to announce the appointment of Ms Judith MacKenzie as an independent
non-executive director of the Company, effective 1 August 2024.

 

Judith MacKenzie has enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a fund manager
specialising in UK smaller companies. She is a partner and founder from 2009
of Downing Fund Managers having previously worked at Acuity Capital Management
LLP and Aberdeen Asset Management. Her very considerable investment
experience, which is complementary to the activities of Oryx, will add to the
breadth of knowledge of the Board.

There is no information concerning Ms MacKenzie which is required to be
disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) inclusive.
