Bid for Eckoh plc

The Board of Oryx is pleased to note the announcement of a bid for Eckoh plc.
On completion the offer will result in an increase in the net asset value of
the September valuation of approximately 10 pence per share and increase the
cash balance of Oryx by £8,100,000.
