PASSING OF CHAIRMAN

The Board of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited announces with great
sadness that Nigel Cayzer, the Chairman of the Company, has passed away.

 

The Board will make arrangements for the appointment of a new Chairman in due
course and will provide a further update to the market in the near future.

 

The Company requests that Nigel's family be allowed privacy at this time.
