June 21 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
   
    AIRBUS  AIR.PA :
    Air India on Tuesday finalised an order for 470 jetliners
that includes 250 planes from Airbus and 220 from Boeing at the
Paris Airshow.
    In addition, Mexican low-cost airline Volaris  VOLARA.MX 
has disclosed on Tuesday 25 A321neo planes from a purchase
agreement signed in October 2022, bringing the carrier's total
backlog to 143 A320neo family aircraft.
    
    ENGIE  ENGIE.PA : 
    French power company Engie and Meridiam on Tuesday announced
they had signed a sales and purchase agreement with Actis on the
full scope of BTE Renewables, a developer, owner and operator of
renewable assets on the African continent.
    
    FRENCH ECONOMY: 
    The French economy is on course to avoid a recession this
year while inflation pressures ease though growth and will only
gradually pick up in the coming two years, the central bank
forecast on Wednesday in its quarterly outlook. 
    The euro zone's second-biggest economy will grow 0.1% in the
current quarter from the previous three months and 0.2% in both
the third and fourth quarters, the Bank of France said. 
    
    OSE IMMUNOTHERAPEUTICS  OSE.PA :
    French biotechnological group on Tuesday said it had
received 1.5 million euros from French state-owned bank
Bpifrance for the development of a companion diagnostic for the
cancer vaccine Tedopi in non-small cell lung cancer.
    
    SBM OFFSHORE  SBMO.AS :
    Dutch oil and gas services firm SBM Offshore on Tuesday said
it has signed the project financing of floating production
storage and offloading (FPSO) Alexandre de Gusmão for a total of
1.615 billion dollars. 
    
    TELEPERFORMANCE  TEPRF.PA :
    French office support provider Teleperformance on Tuesday
said it had signed a 185 million dollar deal with Microsoft
 MSFT.O  to launch its proprietary TP GenAI, which would help
automate simple and low-value tasks.
    
    VIVENDI  VIV.PA :
    Canal Plus pay TV, owned by Vivendi, said it was taking a
26.1% stake in OTT streaming service Viu, with an initial
