** Shares of Australia's Prospect Resources  PSC.AX  rise as
much as 17.02% to A$0.11, their highest since Aug 25
    ** Shares rise as the Africa-focused lithium miner expands
sub-Saharan presence with highly prospective Omaruru lithium

    ** Co says shareholder agreement signed with Osino Resources
Corp  OSI.V  to progressively acquire up to 51% and potentially
up to 85% interest in the Omaruru Lithium Project in Namibia
    ** Adds that the Omaruru project will help co establish a
'strategic' position in Namibia
    ** More than 2.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 1.6 mln shares
    ** Prospect Resources has risen 138.9% this year as of last
close
