** Shares of Osteopore Ltd  OSX.AX  fall 42.3% to A$0.3, set
for their worst day, if losses hold
    ** The medical technology firm announces entitlement offer
to raise A$3 mln ($1.98 mln) to strengthen its balance sheet
    ** The offer price of A$0.029 for placement represents a
94.4% discount to co's last close on March 12
    ** About 97,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 2,400
    ** Stock down 21.2% YTD, as of last close
