Brief: OT Logistics finalises acquisition of stakes in STK and Kolej Baltycka

Dec 28 (Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it has finalised the purchases of 
100 pct stake in STK SA for 35.5 million zlotys ($8.41 million) 
and 80 pct stake in Kolej Baltycka for 3.4 mln zlotys 
    * STK Group has acquired 637,500 of OT Logistics' shares for 
32 zlotys per share 
    * Following the transaction, STK Group reaches 5.31 pct 
stake in OT Logistics 
    * Informed about signing a conditional investment agreement
