Brief: OT Logistics plans to buy stake in harbour in Montenegro

Dec 22 (Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that its offer for acquisition for 30 
pct stake in Montenegro-based Luka Bar AD BAR (Luka Bar) was the 
only one submitted in tender 
    * The company plans to buy 17.0 million shares of Luka Bar 
for 7.1 million euros ($7.42 million)  
    * Additionally, the tender envisages also possible transfer 
of management rights in Luka Bar with the possibility of a 
capital increase and purchase of additional stake in Luka Bar or 
sale additional shares at a price per share equal to tender 
price  
    * The company plans to invest 17.1 million euros in Luka Bar 
over next 3 years 
    * Luka Bar is a port operator company, engaged in 
transhipment, storage and disposal of all types goods
