Brief: OT Logistics signs annex to investment agreement with STK Group

Dec 20(Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it signed an annex to the conditional 
investment agreement with STK Group Sp. z o.o. (STK Group)  
    * Following the changes, OT Logistics to acquire a 100 
percent stake in STK Group for 35.5 million zlotys ($8.32 
million), previously it was 29.7 million zlotys 
    * The total purchase price is 39.0 million zlotys 
(previously it was 33.3 million zlotys)  
    * STK Group to pay the total of 20.4 million zlotys 
(previously it was 23.4 million zlotys) for OT Logistics' shares 
    * STK Group will buy 637,500 shares at the price of 32 
zlotys per share, representing 5.31 pct stake of OT Logistic 
    * The closing date for the transaction is Dec. 28 
    * The company signed the conditional investment agreement
