Brief: OT Logistics to issue 50,000 series F bonds at 1,000 zlotys/bond

Feb 9 (Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it resolved to issue of up to 
50,000 series F bonds at total nominal value of up to 50.0 
million zlotys ($12.39 million) 
    * Issue of the bonds of up to 30.0 million zlotys to finance 
acquisition of 51.0 pct stake of Montenegro-based AD Montecargo 
and 30.0 pct stake of Montenegro-based Luka Bar AD BAR 
    * The company plans to allocate 10.0 million zlotys from the 
bonds issue to working capital 
    * The remaining funds from issue of series F bonds to 
finance the early redemption of series D bonds
