May 6 (Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA  
    * Its unit C.Hartwig Gdynia signs conditional deal to buy 
100 percent of Sealand Logistics Sp. z o.o. for 51 million 
zlotys ($13.2 million) plus earn-out, from three sellers 
    * Earn-out will be paid if Sealand Logistics achieve certain 
results until 2021 and sellers will be employed during that time
