Brief: OT Logistics updates on tender bid for 51 pct of AD Montecargo

Jan 17 (Reuters) - OT Logistics SA  OTSL.WA : 
    * Informs that its offer to buy 51 percent of 
Montenegro-based rail carrier, AD Montecargo, was the only one 
placed in a tender 
    * OT Logistics' offer for 1.7 mln of AD Montecargo's shares 
was priced at 2.5 million euros ($2.67 million) 
    * In addition, the company proposed to run a 2-year 
investment program worth 2.6 mln euros 
    * AD Montecargo ships goods nationwide and internationally
