Nov 4 (Reuters) - OTCO International Ltd  OTCO.BO : 
 * Chinnamma Pullattu Mathew will cease to be the CEO of the company.

OTCO International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters : 
 
1. The un-audited financial results for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. 
 
2. Ms. Chinnamma Pullattu Mathew an Executive & Non-independent director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to be redesignated as non-executive and non-independent director of the Company and she will cease to be the CEO of the Company. 
 
3. Re-constitution of various sub committees of the Board. 
 
4. Closure of trading window for the promoters/ Directors/ Officers and designated employees of the Company. 
 
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from November 05, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers and Designated employees of the Company.
