    * OTI Greentech AG's subsidiary VTT Maritime signs cooperation agreement with Semco Maritime 
AS of Denmark 
    * Agreement to cover maritime consultancy support in Oil & Gas market 
    * In addition, exclusive co-operation for mid-life upgrade of Norwegian Navy frigate program 
    * Companies will join forces to qualify for large norwegian navy mid-life upgrade project of 
Nansen class frigates
