Otis forecasts annual profit below estimates; shares fall

** Co sees 2026 adjusted EPS between $4.20 and $4.24, midpoint of which is slightly below analysts' average estimate of $4.26 per share - LSEG data

** OTIS says its new equipment sales were impacted by tariff pressures and shipment delays in first quarter due to ongoing conflict in Middle East

** Co's Q1 adjusted EPS came in at 89 cents, down from 92 cents a year ago

** Including session's moves, shares down 11% YTD
