Ottobock to sell wheelchair business to DHCare June 19 (Reuters) - Ottobock OBCK.DE will sell its human mobility wheelchair business to DHCare for an undisclosed amount, with the transaction expected to close in the second half of the year, the German prosthetics manufacturer said on Friday.
"By divesting this non-core business area, we are continuing to sharpen our focus on expanding high-growth and highly innovative businesses," CFO Arne Kreitz said in a statement.
