** Shares of Golden Mile Resources  G88.AX  rise as much as
9.1% to A$0.012, set to gain most since May 31 - if current
gains hold
    ** The mineral explorer enters into binding term sheet with
Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation to acquire, through JV, the
Pearl Copper Project in Arizona
    ** Co to spend up to A$12 million ($7.92 million) over 8
years
    ** 2.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 818,836
    ** Stock is down 42% this year as of last close
