** Medtech co Outset Medical' s  OM.O  shares rise 3.9% to
$2.16 premarket 
    ** Co announces  multi-year agreement with privately held
kidney care provider, U.S. Renal Care, to provide home dialysis
services in the United States  
    ** Under the agreement, U.S. Renal Care can utilize co's
Tablo dialysis machines throughout the 33 states in which it
provides care
     ** The U.S. FDA cleared co's dialysis machine Tablo to be
used by patients at home in 2020
    ** Up to last close, stock down 61.5% YTD
