Chairman Salvatore Rossi will not seek another mandate as
head of the former phone monopoly's board when his term ends
next year, the executive told Reuters on Wednesday. A source
close to the deal said Rossi will inform directors about his
plan at a board meeting on Thursday. The board is also expected
to extend until the end of January talks of KKR over the sale of
TIM's submarine cable unit.

The defence and aerospace group and Franco-German
consortium KMW+Nexter Defence Systems (KNDS) announced on
Wednesday a "strategic alliance"to build a new generation of
tanks.

The luxury group said on Wednesday it had raised its 2023
revenue growth guidance. It now expects revenue to grow around
22%-23% at current exchange rates, up from a previous forecast
of a 20-22% rise, it said in a statement.

The clothing retailer proposed paying an extraordinary
dividend of up to 8.7 million euros, after it posted a 2% drop
in adjusted core earnings in the nine months to October 31.

124.1 million a year earlier.
