The following factors could affect Italian markets on Thursday.

    POLITICS
    The Group of Seven (G7) summit starts in Borgo Egnazia, ends
on June 15.
    The heads of U.S. corporate heavyweights Microsoft and
BlackRock are expected to attend talks on infrastructure
development during the summit in southern Italy on Thursday, two
sources familiar with the matter said.
    
    DEBT
    Treasury sells following BTP bonds: 3.5-4.0 billion euros
3.45% due July 15, 2027; 2.0-2.5 billion euros 3.45% due July
15, 2031; 1.0-1.25 billion euros 4.15% due Oct. 1, 2039;
1,0-1.25 billion euros 3.85% due Sept. 1, 2049. Subscriptions
close at 0900 GMT.
    
    COMPANIES
    TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)  TLIT.MI  
    Moody's on Wednesday raised the telecoms company's credit
rating by one notch to 'Ba3' and maintained a positive outlook
as the debt-laden group nears the completion of the sale of its
fixed-line access network to KKR  KKR.N  for up to 22 billion
euros.
   
    ENI  ENI.MI  
    Plenitude, the retail and renewable business of the Italian
energy company, is ready to list on the Milan bourse as soon as
market conditions allow it, its Chief Executive Stefano Goberti
said on Wednesday.

    LEONARDO  LDOF.MI 
    The Italian defence and aerospace group is in talks with
Germany's Rheinmetall on a strategic alliance for tanks, a
source close to the matter said on Wednesday.
    
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI 
    'Investor Day 2024' online (1200 GMT).
    
    FINCANTIERI  FCT.MI 
    The shipbuilder will execute a reverse stock split with
1-to-10 ratio of its ordinary shares on June 17.
    
    OVS  OVS.MI  
    The Italian clothing retailer on Wednesday reported
single-digit growth in adjusted net sales for the first quarter,
mainly thanks to strong results from its directly operated
stores.
    
    JUVENTUS  JUVE.MI  
    The Italian soccer club said on Wednesday they had appointed
Thiago Motta as their new head coach to replace Massimiliano
Allegri.

Pichetto Fratin attends conference "The new PNIEC targets and

factors for the full development of wind power" (1230 GMT).
